Elevate Your Performance by Prioritizing Your Wellness

What Matters to You?

Do any of these resonate with you?

The work you do – and how you do it – matters to you.  You feel you could be doing more, or doing better.  Maybe your work is leaving you feeling drained, unfulfilled, or misaligned.  Or you simply want to deliver more, earn more, or feel more fulfilled.  But it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day, and not enough energy in your batteries, to get there.

The people in your life – and how you show up for them – matter to you.  Perhaps your thrive around family, community, tribe, and you want to do more to engage with them.  You might want to connect more meaningfully in your relationship.  Or you want to be there for your kids.  Life gets in the way, and juggling these things with your professional life is a wearying battle.

The way you live – and how intentional you are about it – matters to you. A journey of personal growth, your spiritual walk, or the lifestyle you design for yourself is important to you.  You’ve sought out resources and put in time and effort.  Yet, it often feels elusive, and your other priorities slowly grind away at your health and well-being.

And what you know for certain: you are willing to invest in the challenging, rewarding work to achieve the things that matter to you.

Building and securing a foundation of wellness can help you with the things that matter to you.

By tending to your energy levels and shoring up your fitness and focus, you can achieve more in your profession and in your business.

By focusing on your own health as a priority, you can engage and do life with the people in your life, sustainably.

By paying attention to your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, you can create the platform you need for personal growth and intentional living.

You Can Build That Foundation, Starting Now.

Hello there.  I’m Dr. Kunal Mitra.

As a physician, coach, and consultant with more than 10 years of working with patients and clients on health, wellness, and maximizing their potential, my mission is to bring wellness-centered performance coaching to as many people as I can.

We all go through seasons of life where our well-being suffers due to the pressures of work or business, the challenges of connection and relationship, and the complexity of our personal journeys.  Yet, there’s much we can do to build a strong foundation from which to endure, and even thrive, during those seasons.

What would be possible if wellness wasn’t just another to-do item on your tasklist, but a way of life?  How much more energy, focus, and productivity could you have, and how could you apply it?

I’m excited to help you find out.

Wellness-Based Performance Coaching is based on the belief that you do not have to sacrifice your well-being in order to achieve better performance, and that, in fact, the very opposite is true.

Coaching can help us achieve a balance between our professional and personal lives that is dynamic, unique to our lifestyles and our priorities, and invigorating to experience.  By clarifying our goals, exploring the change we want to pursue, and then enacting a plan to get there from where we are today, we can make what many believe is impossible, not only possible, but our new standard.
